Many trials hit Stacie Ruth and Carrie Beth Stoelting at a young age: They faced tough times with Alzheimer's, sudden deaths, health problems, and witnessing a vehicular homicide. Rather than shrink, Stacie Ruth and Carrie Beth grew in their faith and their hearts grew for hurting people. Stacie's evangelism with enthusiasm evidenced itself when she was a little girl facing trials: She was only seven years old when her writing and moving testimony was read aloud by Dr. Schuller on his show, The Hour of Power. At 15, Stacie Ruth wrote her first book, Still Holding Hands, endorsed by celebrities and leaders. Her “almost twin” sister, Carrie Beth, later joined the ministry and also is a speaker and singer. Together, they are ushers: They speak and sing to usher others closer to Christ! As a recording artist and worship leader, Stacie Ruth coined the term “pray-singing” because she prays while she sings. Carrie Beth and Stacie Ruth are classically trained, have been compared to Judy Garland (according to Des Moines Sunday Register), and use their 3 1/2 octave ranges to give God glory.
